During these coaching calls we will cover your progress from the week, reevaluate if we are still on the right path for our overall goal, we will answer any questions you may have and we can also set more challenging tasks if we are feeling like you are ready to take more on.
Each week I will have a weekly challenge for you. These are designed to get that little bit more out of the week in question. They will help broaden your vision whilst also challenging you mentally, physically and spiritually.
Each week we will have a weekly diary report for you to fill out. These help us to take stock of what is going on in our current situation. It may require you to fill out eating reports, exercise reports and how you feel about certain things - this is not test and you will not be judged on any of it, it is about learning awareness for yourself.
Each week brings with it various study videos to deliver the information. They are there to help show you visually or allow you to listen without having to read pages after pages of information.
To go along with the study videos we have multiple personal development eBooks that will be provided as extra resources. Packed full of demonstrations, recipes, workouts, information and more.

This week is all about helping you understand how to plan & organise yourself better, not just for the gym but for your life. How to effectively set goals and getting them set in stone
Movement is obviously a large part of exercise and physical health so it is important that your foundations are strong. This is the week that we will hammer those foundational movements and make sure that you have a strong base to work with.
Probably the most important part of a physical health journey is nutrition, so it wouldn't be a good health course without it. Here we will learn a solid background on nutrition and how it relates to health & fitness.
A fitness journey isn't just about exercise and nutrition, it is also about learning & identifying bad habits/patterns. By doing this it allows us to adjust so that moving forward is effective.
This week we will be focussing on creating your vision, getting your vision clear and giving you a clear path forward to complete the last three weeks
This week we are going to take our movement to the next level. More complex movements, harder workouts and learning to strengthen your core
This week we will be taking our nutrition knowledge to the next level. We will learn about meal planning, meal prepping and understanding how to fight cravings
Now once all the other topics have been studied, learnt and adapted it is time to look towards the future. This week we will focus on setting yourself up for success in the future.
