Hi, I’m Jay, a Weight Management Practitioner, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and Personal Trainer at CQ Fitness Co in Rockhampton, QLD.
I’m passionate about family, fitness, & food, and I’ve made these things the heart of my life’s work. I believe in constantly pushing for more and refusing to settle, and I want the same for you.

With my qualifications — Cert IV in Fitness, CFL1, and Weight Management Practitioner— I guide you to not just work hard, but to work smart. I help you build sustainable fitness routines, develop healthier habits, and provide personalised support to ensure you’re making real progress towards your goals.

My appointment times are flexible, ranging from 5:45 AM to 6:30 PM, so there’s always a time that works for you.
