Hi, I'm Jay and I am a Weight Management Practitioner, CrossFit Level 1 Coach and Personal Trainer at CQ Fitness Co in Rockhampton QLD.
I love my family, my fitness and food, so much that I have made all three my lives work.
I don't want to settle for anything in my life and I want the same for you.

I have always prided myself on being real. Real with interactions, real with expectations and real with results.
CQ Fitness Co has awarded me with a vast community of healthy, happy and encouraging people. A place to achieve my goals, and yours.
You can do the most amazing well constructed workout but if you only do it once a week, you won't get far.
I preach consistency. Just turn up more than you don't, take care of the little goals and before you know it the big goals are within your grasp.
